Alphapharm is a leading global genetics and specialty pharmaceutical company. The project required the creation of a collaboration space in an open plan office that also worked as an informal meeting area.
The solution included a range of furniture that offered organic free-flowing pods in the larger spaces, as well as more structured rectangular pods that fit between workstation clusters. The result was a number of spaces that freely allowed for improved collaboration between associates.
Viega was founded in Germany 115 years ago and has over 4,000 employees worldwide, offering over 17,000 products. The COS team worked closely with Viega and included all fixtures and finishes including carpet, lighting, paint, and custom joinery, in addition to spatial planning and office layout.
