Back to Office Fitout

Want to know what we can do for your business space?

A large, multi-storey Melbourne-based customer of COS sought to encourage employees to return to the office by identifying improvements that would make the workspace more appealing. To better understand staff preferences, the company conducted a comprehensive survey. With the insights gathered, the customer initiated a 90-day project across six floors to implement the most requested items.

Due to the scope and complexity of the project, it required collaboration across multiple COS teams, including Furniture Specialists, Account Management, Tactical Solutions, and Project Management. Together, they coordinated the procurement and installation of over 370 sit-stand desks, monitor arms, chairs, recycling bins, and reusable cups.

Throughout the project, COS facilitated regular stakeholder and toolbox meetings to support clear communication and ensure a safe working environment.  Despite the tight timeline, the installation was successfully completed ahead of schedule in just two and a half weeks.

Following the upgrade, the customer saw a rise in office attendance through a marked increase in hotdesking bookings. The CEO praised the initiative, recognising both the internal team and COS for their expertise and execution.
